Capt. Mike Hogan walks us through the steps for cleaning and filleting a Striped Bass using the new Hogy Fillet Knives. I don’t find myself harvesting a lot of striped bass, maybe one per season? They aren’t my favorite eating fish, but I do enjoy them from time to time. I like to view striped bass as a great “vessel” for a good sauce or marinade.
