Monomoy Fishing Report – October 13, 2016

According to Andy Little, Capt. Les Shwom, skipper of the Rosie S, had a good trip to the rips earlier this week, with 15 solid bass up to the 20-pound class trolling wire and parachute jigs.

Andy added that there are still some albies both along the east shoreline of South Monomoy and in the rips, with blindcasting still most effective for casters and trolling Fastracs and Yo-zuri Crystal Minnows/Deep Divers a good choice for folks targeting funny fish, although some albies are picked up as incidental catches by folks trolling for bass.
