Monomoy Fishing Report – October 11, 2018

Schools of albies continue to race about off of the point and in the rips, but the challenges are two fold right now, the first getting them to eat and the second getting some conditions where it will be safe to pursue them.

Andy Little at The Powderhorn in Hyannis confirmed that the bass fishing remains good, both casting and drifting plugs and flies, as well as tossing plugs. He added that at times the fish are in deeper water north of the rips, with a couple of his friends catching 70+ bass vertical jigging.
