End of Hemenway Road off Route 6. Free parking, paved and sand. Fills quickly in the summer. Easy carry and launch from beach. Launching here gives you access to the channels and marsh of Nauset Harbor estuary. Shallow water at low tide. Stripers will be found in the myriad channels of the marsh and out toward the entrance but they will move in and out as the tide floods and ebbs. Very beautiful area to explore but avoid the strong outflow at the mouth where high surf is often present. Best fishing is early and late in the day.
